Storybook Quilts LLC creates quilts with matching
adventure stories for children. Our mission is to
encourage and enrich the quiet times that are so
important to family and to developing a child’s
imagination.

The winner may choose between two prizes: a framed copy of the photo, with his/her caption, or a $50 Storybook Quilts gift certificate.
Contest rules
1. No purchase is necessary.
2. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older (but feel free to enter for the child(ren) in your life!).
3. One entry per family, please.
5. All entries must be received by midnight August 1,2010.
6. We must receive a minimum of 12 entries to award the prize.
7. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to Storybook Quilts, LLC, and their agencies to use the winner's name, hometown, statements regarding the contest, voice,
video, photograph, and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, public relations and trade without further compensation.
8. Any federal, state, and local taxes that apply are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. Prizes include shipping and handling for destinations within the Continental US and Canada
only. The cost of shipping elsewhere will be charged at cost.
